What are my shipping options?
Free Shipping
We offer free two-day shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States via UPS 2nd Day Air and FedEx 2-Day shipping services.
Paid Shipping
We offer paid shipping via USPS, UPS, and FedEx for all customers in the United States.
Do you deliver internationally?
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
- Germany
- Canada
Free two-day shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
Are there other shipment restrictions?
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday-Friday. Keep in mind that UPS and FedEx express shipments do not get delivered on the weekends. For example, two-day shipments sent out on Thursday should arrive on Monday, not Saturday.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimate date for delivery.
