Titanium Grinder Warranty Information

Here at Keefer Reaper, we truly believe that your ttianium grinder will be the absolute last grinder you'll ever have to purchase. So much so that we offer a lifetime warranty with your grinder. Outlined below are the conditions of this warranty.

Keefer Reaper will cover:

• Manufacturer defects for the life of the product. This includes (but is not limited to):
• Cosmetic scratches UPON INITIAL RECEIPT
• Mechanical malfunction of the grinder

What this warranty will not cover (again, not all inclusive):

• Cosmetic damages due to normal use of the grinder (think surface scratches)
• Damages due to the misuse of the grinder (if you try to grind rocks and you chip a tooth, we're denying coverage. Trust us, we'll know 👀)
• Accidental damage of any kind
• Lost or stolen grinder
• Damage due to improper cleaning methods (ie. using bleach or other harsh chemicals.

To initiate a warranty claim, email us at support@keeferreaper.com or chat with us using the chat feature on our website. Provide the original order number in the request. Upon approval, we will send you a return shipping label. Send your grinder back with that, and upon receipt, we will replace your product with an equivalent or newer mode replacement. Keep in mind that the lifetime warranty will not transfer over to the replacement grinder.
